sprocket trivia '07
We were runners up! We actually won something! And we beat Greg's team, which was the sweetest victory of all.
Last Thursday night, organised by the awesome Sprocketeers (Stef, Gwen, Daz, Mayuri), we went for the second Sprocket film trivia night.
It was like this ... Anna, Joel, Keya, Alison, Lam and I sitting at the table, looking at each other going, "We know NOTHING". Honestly, we talk about what bad film students we are ... but we loves our trivia so we made a good go of it.
We taunted Joel for being a FOBalicious, drew on balloons (and named them), ignored the drunken taunts from Greg's table, and played arm Twister while trying to write down the titles of films A-Z for our bonus 5 points (which I reckon helped our score a LOT) and our clever girl Anna got the Steve Buscemi question right.
Actually no, I retract my statement ... the sweetest victory of the night was beating that dude that was on our table last time who kept grabbing the paper away from me. Yeah!

It also may have helped that Greg's team gave your team 2 answers and got nothing in return... but hey I'm not bitter.

i can't believe your friend didnt even keep that balloon that i drew OF him. i didnt just put eyes and a smile on it...i drew it with a NOSE! and a SUIT!!!! and a TIE!!!!! and like a little shavy head.

Yeah...that guy at your table Greg sure didn't know how to treat a Geisha, but yes...it was very in character.

Chris actually came back to get the balloon, but the bar guy took it. He feels bad.
