Yesterday was fun, and relaxing. I swear, this holidays, I've just been spending time with my friends and letting work slowly accumulate. I saw all my high school friends, and we spent the day at Laura's, eating, watching bad movies, and more eating!
We kicked the event off with
House of Wax, just to see Paris Hilton die gruesomely. And, oh my gosh, gratuitous violence! I hate mutilation of all kinds, and when she sticks her fingers through the grate ... AAAAHHHH!

Incredibly, the only smart thing that was said throughout the entire movie was said by Paris, sarcastically commenting "Oh yeah, let's follow the smell", when Elisha Cuthbert's character decides to investigate it's source.
The characters were so stupid. They would always break and enter, and go into creepy, abandoned places.
They should have played up the good twin/evil twin bit, and made it into a plot twist. It was so b-grade (but still enough to scare me and Leana), and it was extremely amusing to see the director and producers talk the movie up in the special features.

Next up, we watched
Gigli, and it took us about five minutes of the opening sequence for us to start fast-forwarding. Gosh, the dialogue and plot was horrible. It also looked like someone had stuck an old mop on Al Pacino's head. And yes, we did see the famed turkey line, and there was a collective cringe around the room! Ew, that was really bad.
I consumed an awful amount of food as well. I'm ashamed, very ashamed.
1 pizza slice
3 glasses of fruit juice
3 watermelon Extra lollies
2 chicken nuggets
2 glasses of water
3 triple choc temptation cookies
2 macadamia cookies
chicken salad
tuna pasta
popcorn
apero crisps
And next time on Bad Movie Day...Guy Ritchie's Swept Away! I hope this one has special features, I would like to see the fumbling justifications from the crew and cast.
